I'm pretty sure (like...90% sure XD) that that's from his really awful horror movie Devour.

And if it's not...someone slap me.
Although granted, having not seen it, I wouldn't know the scene. But I've seen pretty much everything else so...

I've never heard of that. although now that i think about it, i think i have noticed it listed under him on imdb and been like "wtf"
