102. The books are a lot more enjoyable to read once you realize that Edward and Bella truly do deserve each other because they are both horribly dependant and self-centered.

109. "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all." does not work on the internet.

129. Most of the time they do act like elitists, though. Almost every fandom I've ever been in has shunned any and all fans that came in after the canon achieved mainstream(ish) success, even if the new fans also read/watched/played the source material eventually. Many times when a movie/anime gets announced for a fandom I've been meaning to get into, but have put off, I'll hurry up and go read it because I don't want to deal with the attitude of the old-time fans if I come in late.

165. I don't think the Olympics are that popular with most of fandom anyway.

175. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE COVERS?! They used to be so cool. :(
