Stuff that isn't in your contract but is great.

Lotta free time

The happiness and gratefulness of clients when you can help them. Just helping people in general. It makes me feel good. I'd take that any day over a high powered corporate law job that paid well but ate at my soul.

My company makes clothes. One of the things we make are underwear for a company. These things sell for $17 a piece. The sales rep got two huge boxes of them and she was like, "Come get as much as you like." So now I got around 50 pairs of this underwear to give to people.

Also, I got one day where I don't have a lot to do so I often get to watch Netflix or listen to podcasts.

My co-workers are pretty fantastic. It's been a dream not being in a toxic workplace.

I'm salary, so I don't have to worry about being "on time", or if I need to leave a little early. The assumption is I'll make it up.. um.. starting next week actually. Dang end of year finances...

Free wi-fi!

It's nice having a bunch of orthopaedists RIGHT THERE. I pulled something wrong in my wrist that made my nerves go bonkers, and I just had to go "Hey, Dr. So-and-so! My wrist!" and I got hit up with anti-inflammatories and a wrist brace. And a bill, but I would've gotten that anyways and it's nice having same-day service because you work there.

My boss had his knee replaced there, so he liked working at the same place he had his rehab. It cut down on the amount of time he had to take off by quite a lot.

My coworkers are pretty mellow, my two immediate supervisors are awesome (especially my production manager). We can listen to our own music. We have pizza or Chinese food for everyone every once in awhile. One guy always brings treats on the weekends (donuts, muffins, cookies). I have Indian and Mexican co-workers who bring homemade goodies like samosas and taquitos or tamales. Everyone gets along and there's not usually a lot of drama.

Lots of free time for me to dick around on my phone.

There is a jar of candy.

All the free food you can eat.

Lots of overtime.

Getting to be in the same room with famous actors while they're doing their thing.

Lots of ridiculous "behind the scenes" stories to tell your friends.

Better food in the cafeteria than I can cook, cost about the price of ingredients.

Health Care on site. Gym on site.

Free beverage including coffee with real milk.
