I love George Harrison, and I get this.

My Sweet Lord is the perfect song

Ego is a god though. And the song choice is intentional. The Harrison song is in praise of Krishna and includes the Hare Krishna chant, which contains the belief that repetitions of the chant join the petitioners in the same spiritual plane, that basically, the vibration of sound unites elements of the universe in praise of Krishna. And Ego...is elements of the universe coming together to form a planet that is a God. It's the perfect piece of music.

Well, there's the whole issue of Harrison's copyright infringement:

I thought maybe there was a double meaning... like Harrison meant it to be deeply personal but it ended up blowing up in his face and costing him dearly, paralleling with Ego's plans that also blew up in his face and cost him dearly.
