Get a small jar candle, put it under a clay pot, and put the pot up on a couple of small, flat tiles, so it's elevated about an inch off the floor. Put that under your desk or in a small room where you spend a lot of time, and it will actually generate a lot of heat.

Alternately - electric blanket on the bed, electric throw on your lap, lots of layers, plastic on the windows and open the curtains/blinds on sunny days for the 'greenhouse' effect.

I'd say a space heater, but they tend to be very hard on the electric bill.
