If you're putting the text on a white background, using black text (as opposed to white text outlined in black) is a lot easier to read. White text outlined in black is better for situations where you're layering it directly on top of the image.

Yup, sorry. submitted a bunch this week and wanted to vary the styles. They are all readable on my computer, but I can see that some of them didn't turn out as well as I would have liked.
