No. It's really dumb. Because they wouldn't delete pics of a pre-op trans woman's naked chest despite the person being female presenting, but would absolutely delete pics of a naked pre-op trans man's chest despite that person being theoretically male-presenting otherwise. Nor would nude pictures of women not get deleted just because they claim to be nonbinary.

Nobody has nipples that, on their own, present as any gender. People can present as different genders. Isolated body parts can not.

It's a combination of traits that determines what gender someone presents as. Breasts typical of the average woman, no matter what the person looks otherwise, would fall under "female presenting nipples"
