I forgot one - I actually have and use a desktop computer. I have a smartphone, but don't really like doing internet stuff on it because... it's relatively tiny. There's no way I'm giving up my huge flatscreen monitor.

Is owning and using a desktop an old person thing? I have one and love it (vastly prefer it to laptops and my phone), but my parents and all the people I know in their age group prefer smartphones and tablets.

I'm honestly not sure, it's just that so many people these days seem to prefer phones and tablets/laptops. I'm amazed at the number of people who use their phones almost exclusively to access the internet.

Maybe it's different for me since I own a desktop specifically for video games (and I'm pretty sure that's common for PC gamers?), but the idea that they're for old people is super weird to me, haha.

Although I've preferred using a laptop for personal/casual-use stuff since I was a teenager, so I'm not sure what that makes me. I hate doing internet-related shit on my phone, but I'm still portable, so... does that place me as middle-aged, or what? lmao

I do all of these things except complain about the cold (winter's my favorite season).
