Like her mom, she's going to marry the doofus-who-despite-all-appearances-makes-good-in-the-end who knocked her up. Claire and Haley were set up to have so much friction because Haley is just like Claire. And with Dylan, she's following right in her mother's footsteps. It helps that, like Jay (who Claire reflects) hated Phil, Claire hates Dylan.

Personally, I liked Haley best with the genius dude. Their chemistry wasn't great, but I loved how she held her own with him.

But pairing Alex with the hot firefighter was amazing. That needs to continue.
