People saying "Happy Holidays."

It's not "too politically correct" to say Happy Holidays. If anything, it's "too politically correct" to get offended over a term no one complained about until fundamentalists randomly decided it was offensive.

When I Was A Kid... 'Happy Holidays' meant 'have a good holiday from the period between Thanksgiving and New Years since they are all lumped really close together'

Conflict over it is something that Fox News pretty much made up as part of the War on (Atheists at) Christmas. I mean "Happy Holiday" is probably the least offensive thing about Irving Berlin and Bing Crosby. https://youtu.be/2jzhd0SU8k4

when i was a kid... "happy holidays" meant the three week break from school

now it means "fuck you, i work retail so my christmas holiday is literally one day before i have to be back in for the boxing day sales"

when you work retail there is no such thing as christmas, there is only peak

100% agreement. People who get offended by "Happy Holidays" are desperately searching for something to be offended by and they're not smart enough to realize they're being manipulated into thinking that a greeting meant to cover all the various holidays from Thanksgiving through New Year's isn't a mortal insult.
