The nurses at my parent's rehab center, who did not give her enough water or fluids (she was supposed to be getting IV fluids, but they didn't give her enough). The reason she had to go to the hospital last night turns out to be that she got dehydrated, which caused problems at her surgery site.

I'm sorry, anon. I hope she gets better quickly, now that she's getting proper care.

I had to go and be very assertive to a nurse about my mum in hospital last week. I wish people would just do their damn jobs.
