I prefer an honest homophobe over a dishonest one.

I'm willing to believe that he's not a homophobe anymore, or I would if he hadn't made such a big deal out of apologizing.

But also, if that's what you think, how about someone that's... not a homophobe at all?

Yeah, but I get the hestiation when the apology itself will be made into this huge ordeal.

And I mean it'd be nice but I don't expect that out of most people. I'm closted and gay and I think the average person is homophobic to an extent, as they're not used to dealing with someone out of the norm and make it weird.
