I used to do this too. Then I chased the juice with a bite of cheese. It's been aged since I had pickles at all though, so no more juice...

I wouldn't drink pickle juice on its own, but it is a necessary ingredient for picklebacks

Same here!
Pickle juice is delicious, plus makes a great base for a bloody mary/ceasar.
