the killer is the cop love interest who...maybe has multiple personalities? I watched this movie a long time ago so I may not remember clearly.

I like seeing 1970s New York City; that's why I watch it.

I was around when this first came out, albeit only 10 and therefore too young to see it. It was planned by the critics back then but is such a great time capsule of a movie: the fashions, the soundtrack (70s disco, fuck yeah!), the street scenes of pre-Giuliani cleaned up and sanitized NYC, the novelty and newness of the main character and her occupation (a female fashion photographer was a big deal then). It's not the best movie but it's great for the aesthetic and I too enjoyed the twist ending. Solid B, highly recommend.

Haven't seen the film, but I have to say I think that's a great poster.
