Person of Interest. Great, clever show with thoughtful cyberpunk themes and ideas about digital surveillance and artifical intelligence, wedded to a well-done action procedural thriller. Great characters. Does fall off in the last 2 seasons.

Red Dwarf. It's a British sitcom set in space. The main characters include a hologram, a supercomputer, a cat person and an android. The earlier seasons are very cleverly written and lots of cool sci-fi concepts are explored.
