And what do you wear when you want to look good and impress someone?

If I want to impress people, I'll put on my nifty skirt and striped stockings.

I have a black, kinda-sheer tank top that is as soft as anything and it feels so good against my fibro-pained skin. I'm wearing it right now lol. It goes well under thin black shirts or at the kink club by itself because it shows off my breasts.

To impress, I have a very nicely-fitted red dress that I wear with heels and stockings.

Trousers made out of world map fabric (Mercator, physical.) I always get compliments when I wear them and I'll take any compliments I can get.

To impress: My Mother cropped flare jeans, cream voile peasant blouse, tan leather slides, large silver hoop earrings and my Pamela Love sterling and brass mood ring. Light makeup (concealer, mascara, a touch of blush and a bold lip in either red or dusty rose). Nail polish in nude on toes and bright blue or green on fingers. Hair loose (I have a chin-length bob and it's a bit short to do anything else with).

Favorite item of clothing: my Wildfox galaxy print sweatshirt

My hoodie is my favorite. To impress I wear the one set of dress clothes and dress shoes I have.

Any of my size 3XL WWE shirts. I am not anywhere near a size 3XL but I get them and wear them as nightshirts and around the house. (I am basically in pjs if not forced outside to be an adult). They are warm, comfy, don't irritate my eczema or where any of my diabetes tech hooks up. Love em.

When I went to impress I will wear a plain red top I have with either leggings or trousers and a sort of naval inspired blazer thing I have that makes me look like An Adult.

I'm wearing a jacket that has the batman logo on the front in camo print. OR my wonderfully ugly sweatshirt with huge blocks of color like the rainbow that says POLAROID all over it.

I don't care about impressing anyone.

- my flannel shirts (they're so soft and nice and they're one color instead of being patterned which I like and they're just nice OK)

My black snuggly cardigan is my favourite item of clothing, it's so thick and warm and I wear it most days.

If I'm trying to impress someone I'll put on my slightly more fancy black-laced tops and maybe my heeled boots+dark jeans. They're not super-dressy but they're a bit nicer than my plain black jumpers.

Favourite: my band hoodies and some bras without underwire.

Dress to impress: either a black pencil skirt with a sleeveless polotop or a sleeveless kneelenght dark blue dress, paired with black/white heels.

I've got a houndstooth wiggle dress if I want to be impressive. Most of the time I'm a scroungy ragamuffin, so it's super fun to dress up to the nines for, say, the company holiday party and have maybe two people recognize me.

Speaking of scroungy ragamuffin, I've got this absolutely ratty as fuck fleece-lined bleach-stained teal hoodie that is my favorite thing. It's so cozy and comfy. IT'S SO COZY AND COMFY. That hoodie feels like a hug.

certain fandom-oriented t shirts and any jewelry I got at the Ren Faire, especially any of my dragon jewelry.

My favorite item of clothing is probably my fluffy black housecoat, but the blue blouse I'm wearing right now is a close second - I get a lot of compliments on it. (And I didn't spend that much for it because I bought it second-hand.) It's my go-to item when I want to look good.

My favorite clothing items are my old MCR shirts. I got them in high school and they still fit, but the designs are fading a little. :( I wear a white dress with blue flowers, a light cardigan, and low blue heels when I’m trying to impress.

Somehow missed this thread. It is a tie between my leopard print corset and my black ankle boots.

And it depends. For good casual, either my dark orange short dress or knit pants and a tunic top/tee. For formal, a black suit with a cute shirt. For sexy, a corset, my low cut red top, and jeans or black slacks.

Ohh~ Where'd you get the leopard corset, if you don't mind me asking?

I love my old pair of black ripped jeans, they'd have to be my favourite offhand.

To impress- well, it depends on who I'm trying to impress... I normally dress for myself, since I love looking fancy;;
If I'm going all out formal affair, I have a beautiful cream coloured dress that I always feel a little bit like a Greek Goddess when wearing it! Super-fancy casual, I have this nice knit black dress, with metal golden studs decorating it- I had the /perfect/ accessories to go with it, (someone asked me once if I bought the entire outfit as a set!) but unfortunately the belt I wore with it broke not too long ago;; Otherwise- rings, bracelets, necklaces, (and rings again for good measure) because I love accessorising!

Otherwise I just go with my favourite black ripped jeans, studded belt, a sheer lace halter, and my black/floral corset on top! (plus my leather jacket/boots if I can get away with it;;)
