Family arrives tomorrow so I've been scrambling to clean the house and get some baking done. The weather is kind of crap... cold and rainy. No white Christmas for us, unfortunately.

I have to confess, I've never actually had a Lofthouse cookie so I don't know how close these are, but they're good! I was looking for a basic soft sugar cookie but I didn't want to roll and cut shapes.
