This is totally random.

Book: Craven Manor by Darcy Coates. This was a total surprise. I'd never heard of the author before but I randomly downloaded it (at the time it was free, now it's $5 on Amazon) and I loved it. (Also, it's #1 in the "British horror fiction" category right now for what that's worth.) In some ways it's a fairly standard ghost/supernatural story, but in others it's completely different. I don't know exactly how to describe it, but it's definitely my favorite book I've read this year (and probably the last couple years, to be honest).

Shows: The Good Place, Brooklyn Nine Nine

Music: 30 Seconds to Mars, Walk the Moon (saw them both together in concert and it was awesome)

SA

The person above reminded me, how the hell could I have forgotten Elementary?! This past season was probably my favorite of the series, and definitely one of my favorite things of 2018, it would replace B99.

I love British horror fiction and stories about haunted houses so I will definitely check this author out. Thank you!
