I've bought stuff from Abe Books before. These have all been non-fiction titles related to my profession, though, but they do have novels and things.

I'm sad that Abebooks doesn't accept Paypal (I mean, unless you ask the seller I guess?).
I live in a country where you can survive just fine without a credit card, so I don't have one at this point...

Amazon or Alibris

If I go through Amazon, I always buy direct from the seller rather than fulfilled by Amazon, and I look for Goodwills.
