I have a hard time believing you're not a troll.

What makes anyone think that House will consummate his relationship with either Wilson or Cuddy? Have the commercials said he's going to get a significant other sometime this season, and I just haven't see them, or haven't listened carefully enough...?

Not a Cuddy hater here, so don't take this as agreeing with the secret, but: you're making a huge leap of faith if you've convinced yourself that a) any House/Cuddy will be anything but temporary, or b) Wilson is REALLY going to vanish from the show.

House/Wilson IS the most important relationship in the show. The writers acknowledged this after season 3, because they hadn't anticipated that damaging their friendship would make the show such a downer. The House/Wilson dynamic is crucial to the overall chemistry of the show. They would have to be IDIOTS to make the same mistake twice and then compound it by actually having the character leave for good.

Wilson "leaving" will be a catalyst for whatever sloppy arc we're expected to swallow for the next season, and will probably be resolved mid-season at the latest. Huddy happening will probably be largely resolved within 5 episodes or so; 7 at the outset.

NOTHING WILL REALLY CHANGE. Obviously. Well, unless Cuddy actually dies. But back at the end of season 3, it was rumoured that one of the ducklings was going to die, and well. Look how THAT turned out.
