Yessss, crispy fries are the best. Hash browns also. I can never trust anyone else to make hash browns for me, they always underdo it.

I prefer salmon to be overcooked, even slightly on the dry side and pasta a little undercooked (firmer than classic al dente).

From what I've seen in cooking shows that's currently the trendy way to cook it, I think? But yeah, to each their own!

That's my mom. I have to leave her salmon in the pan while I get mine out and plate everything else.

Pasta. Fuck that al dente shit, I want my noodles to be soft as they can be.

anything that requires searing the meat and then putting the pan in the oven to finish. because I don't have those kinds of pans. I can't afford those pans. I turn the heat down and cook it all regular-like on the stove.

Cast iron skillets are pretty cheap though, even new ones.

Do you have any, like, glass baking pans to go in the oven? whatever you use when you're using your oven? Because you can always just put the food in one of those from the pan you seared it in, and let it finish cooking in the oven that way. ;)

I haven't fixed one of these in a long time but frozen burritos. If you cook them for the time they say on the package they will ALWAYS still be frozen in the middle.
