I ran into someone who wrote fics about one of the local hard rock bands at a concert a few years back, they told me they were a writer so I asked them what they wrote, ended up reading one of their then recent works

some of it featured some of the more well known fans, including my sibling, and the writer mistook me for their spouse instead of sibling in a sort of explicit way

as you can imagine, that last part is what made it creepy

Oh, wow, that's crazy! Yeah, I can definitely see how that would be just suuuuuuuuper weird.

Do you think it would still have been weird just being in RPF if not for the sibling confusion?
