I get it. It might not make logical sense, but the idea of seeing a picture of the actual people while reading RPF would definitely creep me out.

I mean, there's an RPF pairing I ship like crazy in theory because their interactions are just so damn adorable, but actually picturing them being in a relationship or doing romantic things kind of weirds me out because I know they're both married and I just feel guilty (and also, I sometimes feel like they're strangely sibling-y, but not always...it's complicated lol). But then there are random people tweeting them about how they'd pay X amount of money to watch them have sex and that's obviously not the right way to go about it but I'm just like...how is it that they're okay tweeting those things to the actual people involved and I'm afraid to imagine stuff just in my own brain? It's just weird how differently people can react to something.
