A woman tried to get a refund on a Fifa digital download card that she insisted she purchased a few days before but didn't have the receipt for. She smelled strongly of alcohol and said she wanted to return it because she "didn't realise it was a football game" and she "doesn't like football." We can't do refunds for digital downloads anyway, but I'm 99% sure she just grabbed a random card off the hook when she walked in.
