Same here, OP! Initially I was worried because Rossi was kind of difficult and didn't seem like a natural fit. But he developed as a character and I loved how well he integrated with the team - it made him feel like he'd been there since the beginning. Him and Prentiss were great additions to the team, but I was never able to warm to any of the others.
