There definitely are. And tbh as long as you're not some hideous wildebeest and are at least somewhat pleasant and fun to be around, it's really not that hard to find someone who will be willing to sleep with you.

DA - sure. Just like there are probably people IRL who are stunningly gorgeous, in shape, wealthy, and living in fantastic homes.

It's the fact that they all just HAPPEN to be in the same place of employment, living fictional lives where wacky shenanigans and sexcapades are presented as the norm, that makes TV shows like this unrealistic.

Which was clearly the point of the previous anon's comment, so don't be obtuse.
