I have always lowkey wondered if he's faking it or at least exaggerating it a little.

He's been asked that before and brought up a good point - if he was faking it, why would he choose to sound like THAT?

So it is unique and memorable? Because if one of his jokes doesn't land at least he could make people laugh at his laugh? Idk, sometimes people just do weird stuff.

It's unique and memorable, but he doesn't laugh at his own jokes so I'm not sure how he that'd help him at all. When he laughs, it's usually because of someone else's joke.
