I know none of those are positive things, but like someone else said, being that way isn't a positive thing. I can't think of a nice way to say it.

Maybe naive you could say is slightly more positive? Uninterested? Maybe non-curious? Or complacent?
One of my mom's best friends is like this and I find it infuriating. The word my mom uses most often is ignorant.
