Man, all these words are so bad. That sounds like a fine life to me.

Agreed. That sounds like the perfect life for me. I don't know why wanting a more simple life is seen in such a negative life by others. Just let me live my life and I'll let you live yours.

Other words I'd add would be modest, uncomplicated, homely and unassuming.
