Loki because it was the right time for him to die. And I hope he stays dead.

Stannis Barratheon. He killed his own daughter (and while that hasn't happen in the books yet, it appears to be one of the spoilers Martin told the showrunners).

I hope Cersei dies in a spectacular way after getting a few more chances to be her delightfully evil self.

Yes to Loki. I also liked his death because it wasn't super flashy.

+1 to Loki. I love the character, but his death, and the timing, was just such good closure.
