If making a secret is taking things too seriously, this community is all guilty. But also, why are you here, on a community where people have strong fandom opinions? Are any of them "serious"?

Not all secrets are pedantic. Trying to inject scientific realism into a movie about magical holiday spirits is a little over the top even by our standards.

"Scientific realism" to the degree of knowing that we live on a globe and seasons are not planet-wide? Something people usually learn before they hit double digits? Shall I also express no surprise at writers thinking the earth is flat?
