I made this Greek chicken sheet pan meal for my lunches for the week:

I made some pearl couscous to go with it. It's a really yummy recipe and this is my third time making it.

The recipe says four servings, do you find that accurate? Does adding the couscous stretch out an extra serving or not really?

I'd say with the couscous it makes four lunches okay, but it may not be that filling? I eat large breakfasts and sometimes snack on walnuts at my desk, so I don't always know if my lunch on its own would be filling for another person. Increasing the amount of chicken to whatever you'd consider a whole serving might help. In fact, I think the first time I made it I used 4 thighs instead of 2 breasts.
