Same here, OP. Same here.

Well, technically that's not true. When I first came, the Harry Potter fandom was huge and 1/3 of the secrets were Harry Potter. Then I stopped coming and when I came back, it was all fandoms I didn't know.

Remember back in the day, when it seemed like fandom was like 75% Harry Potter and Lord Of the Rings?

Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Same. I don't watch much TV, and I've never been into anime, so most of the secrets go right over my head.

I know a lot of them only tangentially.

Just from consuming the amount of media I do, I see trailers or read articles or consume things that have references to a bunch of fandoms I'm not in and really don't have much interest in. And sometimes I'll take a look at an episode or watch a movie if it's on TV (or part of one) or check out the Wikipedia page or something, just to see. So I tend to know a little about a lot of different fandoms.

I’m not into most American TV shows and Hollywood movies, or cartoons like SU and Voltron and She-Ra, or video games, or who knows what other fandoms that I can’t remember right now, so yeah OP I get you.
