This is a non-live-action media problem in general, official weights are waaay too light.

For example, if I remember right, in Hunie Pop there's a character that's like "Yeah, I'm 5'2" and 100 lbs, I'm a little chubby"

Only in anime land is 5'2" and 100 lbs "a little chubby"

DA That reminds me of a description of Miaka from Fushigi Yugi where's she's described as a little chubby, but she's drawn like any other shojo heroine.

Twenty-odd years on and I *still* remember reading a DC Who's Who and finding out that Wonder Woman was 5'11" and 135 lbs. And this was in an era where artists didn't shy away from drawing her muscles.
