Hahn was one of my favourite characters. I was so gutted when she left...and in a really stupid way.

They could have had her reveal to the organ transplant people what had happened with Danny & Izzy, there could have been an investigation, the hospital losing its status and a huge fallout for many characters...instead we got ghost sex.
