Heee. I get a headache if i put my hair in a ponytail all day, so generally I go with it down or up with hairsticks (which makes me look like Olive Oyl). I'm not a big hair-do person, i just don't have the skills or the patience.

I used to get headaches all the time. Worse pain if I wore my hair up for more than a few hours. But I never connected the regular headaches to the weight of my hair until I had it cut off and the headaches stopped.
