I just think it's weird when you've got one of those actors who SEEMS like a less hairy guy, or you headcanon a character they've played as being on the smooth side, and then he gets a shirtless scene in something and it's just... surprise fluff.

It's not that I think it's good or bad, but sometimes you just aren't prepared for it...
