I began to just DREAD going further in my coursework. I had the misfortune to get a thyroid virus at the same time I was struggling, which didn’t help. So I was sick and unhappy, and my Dad decided for me to switch tracks. He knew me well. XD

Ooh, boy, that is a rough realization to come to. How far into the degree are you? I know it's a little bit sunk cost fallacy, but it might honestly behoove you to finish it out just to have a degree, and then go back for something else, rather than having to start completely from scratch.

Usually there is a side route into another qualification. Get to an advisory person as soon as the test is over and flee dude.
