It's just that from where I stand in fandom and the communities I'm part of, I have a pretty good idea of everything that's going on in fandom and it bothers me that so many, hell, possibly even a majority, are deluding themselves and, well, pretty much ruining it for the rest of us.

Seriously, if I have to pinpoint exactly when and where RH fandom started being less fun for me, it's about the same time the whole Guy/Marian madness began.

I see your point! :¬} Is *no-one* writing Will/Allan any more, then? :-O I know some pairings are more popular than others, but *I* always thought Will/Allan was up there too! :¬}

Psh, the only things they appear in are Will/Djaq (nice, but eh), some Will/Robin and Guy/Allan (which is a whole other rant).

And from what you're saying, I'm guessing that going to an RH "request" community (if one even exists! :¬}) to prod Will/Allan ficcers to write more wouldn't be much help, then. :¬{
