Lol how does my opinion of you affect you then? The movie was not ambiguous. The tech mocks the originality of “blue skies on mars”.

But what if Quaid's grasp of reality fades in and out? What then?
Would that affect someone's "reading" of the meaning of the movie?

My opinion is of a movie (an opinion you would not have known except that you brought the subject up) and yours is of me. There is a difference.
