Sometimes I think that instinct is maybe some part of your brain noting something off and then storing it inconveniently so then there is something there, niggling at you, but when you try to figure out what, you can't quite call it back up. And sometimes it's just your brain messing with you.

How many test runs have you done? If you're not really sure about it, document your testing, so you can include it with the code. That can be helpful in general, and if an issue is found later you'll know what isn't the problem based on the testing already done, plus it's possible someone may be able to suggest something you didn't think of.
