We used the ingredients list from here. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/12126/easy-pavlova/

And then read a couple of other recipes to get a more thorough process. I would way cut down the sugar. Maybe to 3/4 of a cup. Other than that, it was good!

NAYRT but be careful with cutting sugar out of a meringue recipe; it’s not just there for flavor, it forms a lot of the structure of the meringue. Maybe serve it with unsweetened/barely sweetened whipped cream?

Thanks! I wasn't aware of that. We cut it down 1/4 a cup and it didn't seem to hurt it.
