How does that work with them paying people to enforce their rating system?

I think the wriggle here is "Post what you want, but we're going to rate it."

I was curious so I set up an account, but I see the first thing they're urging me to to is to set my "comfort level" ... which I'm going to guess might tie into what looks like an attempt to objectify ratings on content?

(I wonder how they're funding the content raters?)

(Also, at a penny a post, to earn $15/hour one would have to review 1500 posts an hour. Which is 2.4 seconds per post.)

Could be, though I can't figure the angle: no info other than my email and birth year were required, and they haven't asked for money.

I was not a fan of tumblr, but I am amused at how much they've cloned the look.

Explain how its a 'scam'. A scam for what? My IP address? F!S has that.
