Well, sometimes that is the case. I swore up and down that I would never like a specific Christmas song. Turns out I just needed to hear a version that didn't suck. I also thought I'd never like coffee. Cappuccino-flavored ice creams eventually made me rethink that. Now I'm into dark roasts and there are times I do drink it black.

But when it comes to eggs, I'm not sure it's possible to alter or disguise the taste or texture without NOT making them breakfast.
