I'm with you on the whole trend of guys being TOO jacked, OP. A little muscle definition is nice... but this thing where actors in action movies getting so ripped they look almost cartoonish is a huge turn off to me.

Charlie Cox in the first season of Daredevil was nice, but even he got more buff over time.

Women are often the complete opposite, looking far too thin.
