I completely agree. What gets really annoying is when they don't match. Like, I'm trying to wear a black blazer and black pants for court and they don't match even though they are both supposedly black.

It's because of the difference in textiles and weaves. And that's why you should buy a suit if you want a matching top and bottom.

That's harder to get for women, especially plus-size women. I rarely ever see blazers and pants together and made of the same fabric at plus-size stores.

A custom-made suit is an investment, but with proper care, it should last several years and pay for itself in cost per wear.
