Reading House of Leaves, playing Dark Souls 3 (finally beat Sulyvahn) and catching up on Luther. Just finished Russian Doll which was awesome.

I'm loving it! When my brother got it for me for Christmas, my dad opened it at a random page, put it down and said "what the fuck?" It's so unique and mind-screwy.

Hahaha! I have a very similar experience. I found it in the library, and the experience was made weirder by the fact that it was on the very bottom shelf by the floor, tucked in right by the divider, which made it feel somehow arcane. And then I opened it to a passage that was just really weird and it kind of freaked me out.

Personally I actually didn't end up liking House Of Leaves that much, as a whole. But there were parts of it that I loved a lot, and which have really stuck with me. I definitely don't regret reading it.
