I've gotten into a new pairing that I want alllll the fic for. Stuff based in canon and also all sorts of random AU scenarios that keep popping into my head. But although I've seen comments online that apparently other people ship it too, there's no fic. I would write some myself if I didn't suck so much.

Everything isn't a capitalist conspiracy. Well, it is, but not in the cartoonishly malicious manner that baby liberals are spreading. The system is designed to make as many people as possible spend lots of money. It's not designed to make everyone too busy and tired to overthrow the ruling class. Not enough people would ever care. We'd have better things to do with extra free time if we had it.

I haven't been working for about 2 months now. I feel like I never want to work a day again for the rest of my life, but I need money to survive and now I'm dreading the day I have to go back to work.

My sympathies, anon. I have a job where there tends to be periods of no work a couple of times a year, and every time I get a couple of weeks or more off, my anxiety/dread about going back gets really intense.

If it helps at all, going back probably won't be as bad as anticipating going back. I'm sorry it's hard, anon. It's hard for me too.

I'm in the process of selling my house and sick of hearing people say they heard it's a seller's market. Maybe that's true for some locations but I don't have a beautiful HGTV house. I have a shitty shoebox-shaped starter home that needs fixing up and I don't have the money to update anything. You know who wants to buy this house? Fucking nobody. I've lowered the price and lowered the price and lowered the price some more. I thought I was over feeling rejected and like a garbage failure but no, apparently not.
