Not into mpreg, but if people think Boy A/Boy B is hot and they want them to make biological babies, they’re probably not going to be happy with Boy A/Girl C making babies because it’s a different ship with different dynamics.

The point of the secret is that it's not actually a different dynamic the way "Boy B" characters are treated a lot of the time.
