I'm a comics person first and foremost, but that's kind of cheating given that it's so big. That's like-- all the camp of the Adam West TV show and all the grittiness of the Dark Knight Returns. Ohhh welll.

But I agree Harley is my least favorite thing about TAS. And GOD EVEN THE PEOPLE ON MY FLIST WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BATMAN FANGIRL HER :/

I'm still to new to the comics (and to American comics in general, really) to judge, but I like what I've read. (My collection consists of Hush, Arkham Asylum, The Killing Joke, and The Long Halloween.)

I'm no great expert myself, hahaha. I just am a fan of the medium I guess. And all your comics are pretty much excellent classic reads. Lately I'm a big fan of Gotham Central although their Joker story was kind of WTFish (although sorta reprised in TDK). I loved their Two-Face arc though. (COULD BE THAT I JUST BELIEVE IN HARVEY DENT, though.)

I DUNNO. I really don't :/ I love all the attention comics fandoms have been getting lately, EXCEPT FOR THE HARLEY QUINN BITS, which randomly piss me off.

Oh hey, that sounds like a cool comic (mainly because I ALSO believe in Harvey Dent). What is it, like a trade paperback, or a small series, ooooor...? :0

rofl I consider myself a fan of the medium, too, it's just that in my younger days I was kind of a ... how d'you say ... weeaboo. 8D;; That is many years behind me, though, eesh.

JRPGs are kind of my main fandom, so yeah :D Abyss is my fav but I am playing Vesperia right now and loving it.

Gotham Central is a 40-issue series about the Gotham City police department. Basically they try to solve murders and supercrime the old fashioned way and then Batman shows up and saves the day. If you liked the TDK it's really a lot like that in tone, except with, you know, a focus on the police. It's collected in several trades-- Half a Life is probably the best, it's a Two-Face story. I THINK they're gonna start re-releasing them in hardcovers soon, though.

Don't worry, I know that feeling well :D Hahahaha.
